About the Department
The Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department in Roswell, Georgia is dedicated to fostering community well-being through a broad offering of parks, recreation programs, historic sites and cultural activities. They manage more than 900 acres of parkland, multiple historic house museums, trails, dog parks and events, while operating under a strategic master plan to expand and improve amenities for residents of all ages and abilities.

One of the reasons for our great success is that we master plan our parks. We create these plans to fulfill our community's recreation and parks needs now and in the future.
